UFC 109 Results
The fight between Couture and Coleman, two amazing and strong fighters, was the main event and in this match, Couture defeated Mark Coleman by technical submission. It was a great fight. The lists of the results of the remaining fights and winners of relentless are given below.
Joey Beltran was the winner as he beat Rolles Gracie via TKO (Punches). Brian Stann was defeated by Phil Davis. Davis was named the winner via Unanimous Decision with (30-26, 30-26, 30-27). Via Unanimous Decision, Phillipe Nover lost to Robert Emerson (29-28, 29-28, 29-28), and Demian Maia defeated Dan Miller. Melvin Guillard and Mac Danzig defeated Ronys Torres and Justin Buchholz via Unanimous Decision respectively. Via technical submission, Paulo Thiago defeated Mike Swick (Round 1, 1:54).
Frank Trigg was defeated by Matt Serravia via knockout (punches) – Round 1, 2:23. the most important result of the mega event, via technical submission (rear-naked choke), Randy Couture defeated Mark Coleman (Round 2, 1:09).

The Ultimate Fighter
I’ve been watching a lot of the ultimate fighting championship. I have also been watching the reality show, The Ultimate Fighter. This season is USA vs UK and I am rooting the home team.
The UK team is led by the biggest annoying pussy on earth. It makes them easy to hate. Also, they are so poorly coached and conditioned, they have lost the last two matches in the 2nd round when the fighters just ran out of gas.
If you are going to be on a television in a fighting competition, get in shape enough to last more than one round.

This week’s episode begins with US coach Dan Henderson breaking the news to his team that Jason Pierce is out of the competition, but now he’s wondering who will be coming back to take on Faulkner.
Mark Miller has a broken nose, but he wants the fight. So does Frank Lester, who had a few teeth knocked out in his last fight. Meanwhile, the US team doubts that Pierce even wanted to fight. Eventually, UFC President Dana White decides on the returning Team US member and informs Henderson.
“Frank,” said Henderson to Lester, “be ready to fight on Tuesday.”
