After a tough week three where I did not get all of the reps in every set, I have decided to repeat week three.  I ultimately have taken a few days off from the exercise and diet, so it is important to get back on track before It becomes to easy to stop. I have taken 5 days off. I haven’t done a pushup in five days.   I am working hard to get back in shape. I am seeing some great results.  Lets get back to the program.

I guess I will just call the last few days, muscle confusion, because I let them rest.
