Sara Palin is the Vice Presidential nominee and is surely being talked about all over the airwaves and the internet.  The internet is running wild with pictures of her both real and fake.  Many of the men logging on to the internet and searching for pictures to get themselves excited are now searching for sexy pictures of the potential vice-president of the United States.
