Wow, two weeks completed of the 100 push up challgenge. The first two weeks have been challenging, but not really that hard. If you look at the program, there are three levels for each week with a column for each level. I have been working on the last column, the hardest one. After this week, that might change.
After week two, you are supposed to do an exaustion test. That means to set a day aside and do as many pushups as you can without stopping. Based on this result, you have a column, or diffficutly level, that you follow that week.
Because I am mixing in other excercises, I have a cool plan. I am going to use the upcoming week as my exaustion test. I am going to do the test twice. Once Tuesday, and once Friday. I will then begin week three the following week. This gives me the chance to rest the pushup mucles and break some of the monotony, but also begin a similiar program with the curl bar.
Remember, I’m using the perfect pushups for this pushup challenge.
