Today I did the 2nd day of the first week of the 100 push up challenge. As a reminder, the 100 push up challenge is a workout that will get you prepared to do 100 push ups at time. It is supposed to take 6 weeks, but it will probably take alot longer. I am using the perfect pushups and my goal is to 50 pushups in a row by the end.
I did the following amounts:

Today is Sept 14th and I decided to look back exactly a month and see how far I have come in the pushup challenge. I’m fairly sure this was difficult a month ago. If I had to do this workout today, I could do it twice.
It is nice to have some proof of the results I am getting.
